Missing London

Was browsing thru my fren, Jan's, online album of photos taken when he was in London & Germany in Feb '04. It's starting to bring back fond memories again. Oh man...

Time really flies man... A year passed. It only seem like yesterday that me and Trixy were there ourselves in London, risking our lifes there exploring abt, having fun. And I was chatting up with Trix abt our London trip a lil over @ her place only jus a nite ago. Trix said that it still felt so fresh in her mind, just like it was yesterday. I even said that I can't remember much, felt like a really long time ago. Oh God, did I really say that? How could I man!

Oh man, how I miss Camden, Portobello, Hyde Park, the tube, London Eye, Tate Mordern, Victoria and Albert Museum, fish & chips, sandwiches, pizza, marks & spencer [esp. their cereal and my fave smoked salmon with cheese sandwich along with cranberry juice], etc. And not forgetting to mention , the Windsor Castle too! ^_^ I miss every part of London, right down to its every inch! haha... >_<

This yr, my good pal, Trixy, she's gonna b making her way down to London to live, to work, to travel [holiday maker] this July/August! I've got another fren, Guna, who's been there, done it, came back, and am going back once more for it somewhere in April as he claimed he would. Wanna wish em both great luck! Living their dreams come true! Boy am I gonna be missing Trix real badly, terribly... *sniffs sniffs* Heh heh.. I'm gonna make sure Trix's gonna help me check out wats the cheese dat marks & spencer used for tat fav smoked salmon sandwich of mine! [Trix I noe u be reading this... so no escape! *evil grinz*]

Anyway hope I would be able to save up enuff and fly my ass over to London to catch up with Trix within these 2 years. Oh yeah flying my ass over for Syndy too, who will be settling down in Canada for some time in this coming April. And perhaps Lisi too who will be going over to Canada for studies in Sept for a year. ho ho ho... Hang on gals! I'm gonna try fly my ass all over the world for u! Trixy + Syndy + Lisi + Me = Fab4... We the Fab4 rules! *geessha* M i going mad? Neh.. I'm oredi mad.

The Sleeping Beauty

I wonder how does it really feels like to be Sleeping Beauty. To be sleeping for a hundred years, waiting for the right one [prince charming] to come along. With a gentle kiss upon her soft lips, he lifting the evil spell laid upon her.

Fairy tales.. how did it come along in the first place? Who actually invented it? Why do we need such kinda invented tales in our lifes? Are we not satisfied with who we are and what we are in reality? Or are we too bored with the simple, mundane stuffs in life that we invent fantasies of our own to please our urge for something outta this world? Or creating it just to aid us escape from something or someone? Reality can be harsh, brutal, if one does not know how to handle it well... *sigh*

Bed time stories, fantasy, fairy tales, fiction, literature, magic... all sortsa.. all inventions from one's brain. My oh my, what complex animals/mammals we humans are! When will we ever be satisfied? Never ever??

I don't think i would mind being Sleeping Beauty. Sleeping for a century, leaving everything behind, sleeping as soundly as a piggy [hmm do pigs really sleep soundly? hmm.. heck it!] hahaha... Life can be real tiring sometimes I must say. Making one really wish that time would stop revolving and give us a break. Perhaps it can be a sorta time machine thingy... sleeping for a long time and find yourself waking up to another totally new era in history. New adventures, new adaptions... Whao woo hooo hooo hoo.... Freaky~
